Privacy & Terms
No legal maze here, Sis. This is exactly what we collect, why, and how the Full Tea subscription works — in plain English.

Privacy Policy
Single Bougie Free (singlebougiefree.com) is operated by Katurah Bobo. This section explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
We never sell your information. Period.
What we collect
- When you sign up for the newsletter: your name, email, age, and how you heard about us.
- When you use the contact or feedback form: your name, email, and whatever you write in your message.
- When you subscribe to the Full Tea: your subscription status (active, canceled, etc.) and the reference numbers our payment processor gives us to match your payment to your email.
- When you visit: a simple count of how many times each page is viewed. It doesn't identify you, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure checkout page.
Why we use it
- To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
- To give paying members access to the Full Tea and the Resource Vault.
- To answer your messages and read your feedback.
- To understand who we're reaching (for example, age range and how people find us), so the content keeps getting better.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run the site. They only handle your information to do their part:
- Stripe — processes payments and subscriptions.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts the website, stores member information securely, and sends our emails.
We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're subscribed or a member. If you ask us to delete it, we will — except anything we're legally required to keep, like payment records.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask to see, fix, or delete your information by filling out our contact form.
Who this site is for
Single Bougie Free is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has signed up, let us know through our contact form and we'll remove them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older to sign up or subscribe.
The Full Tea subscription
- The Full Tea is $5 per month, billed automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel.
- It includes the full monthly newsletter and access to the Resource Vault.
- The free "Just a Sip" newsletter stays free.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime using the "manage subscription" link in your subscription emails, or by filling out our contact form. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the month you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Payments aren't refunded for partial months — but billing mistakes always are.
If you're charged twice, charged after canceling, or charged the wrong amount, let us know through our contact form and we'll refund the mistake.
Our content
Everything on this site — newsletters, letters, songs, graphics, and the Resource Vault — belongs to Single Bougie Free. You're welcome to share links. Please don't copy, resell, or repost paid content.
Not professional advice
Single Bougie Free shares personal experience, encouragement, and resources. It isn't legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. For those, please talk to a qualified professional. The Resource Vault links to outside websites we don't control, so please use your own judgment there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and we'll email paying members about any change to price or billing before it takes effect.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but it's provided as-is, and we aren't responsible for losses caused by outages or outside websites, to the extent the law allows.
